Withdrawal, return and complaint

The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after the item(s) are received in accordance with the applicable law on the right of withdrawal. We accept returns of items that are in their original condition, as well as in their original packaging, within the 14-day withdrawal period. For orders placed as local pickup in one of our stores, the buyer has a pickup period of 7 days from receipt of the pick-up notice. After the pick-up deadline has expired, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse and refunded to the buyer unless otherwise agreed. After the order has been picked up, a right of withdrawal applies for 14 days.

Please note that any returned item must be in the same condition as when the buyer received it. Items returned cannot be used, washed or deviate from their original condition. original condition. All items will be individually evaluated upon receipt. Orders that are returned outside the right of withdrawal or in unsuitable condition will not be considered valid and will be sent back at the buyer's expense.




The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Tailoring
  • Goods adjusted by tailor
  • Sealed goods where the seal is broken
  • Underwear/swimwear
  • Earrings

For packages that are not collected by the buyer at the agreed delivery location, we reserve the right to debit the costs incurred by us. For packages that are not collected by the buyer within the collection deadline and are returned to us, the buyer will be charged a fee of NOK 350. All attempts at fraud will be traced and reported to the police.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you wish to return an item purchased in Norway, please pick up RETURN LABEL and fill in the necessary information. It is important that the order number is filled in. under "recipient reference". Print the return label, attach it to the outside of the package and deliver the package to the nearest post office/collection point. If you do not have To print the return label, you can take a picture of the QR code and print it on the mail by scanning the QR code. Remember to attach the cancellation form/order confirmation.

You can also return in all our stores. Remember to bring the cancellation form/order confirmation with you. The return label is NOT prepaid and NOK 99,- will be deducted from your refund amount. Please also note that the shipping cost that the buyer is charged for when an order is placed is an additional cost that will not be refunded in the event of a return. For orders sent using more than one return label, NOK 99,- will be deducted from the refund amount per return shipment.

Please note that items returned without a return label from us and/or using other shipping companies will be at the sender's own risk and expense as we do not have tracking available on the package. In this regard, items that are damaged or lost in transit will not be refunded to the buyer. If the buyer returns items outside of our return guidelines, it is recommended to send the package with tracking.





EXCHANGE AN ITEM

The above guidelines also apply to exchanges of one or more items.If you want to exchange an item for a new color or size, you must:

  • place a new order for the item(s) you want to exchange for
  • comment on your original order number in your new order so we know you are switching under “comment” in the shopping cart
  • fetch out RETURN LABEL and fill in the necessary information

In the case of an exchange, no return shipping costs will be deducted when refunding the returned item(s).

COMPLAINT

If you discover any defects or deficiencies in one or more items, you must contact us within a reasonable time of discovery to make a claim. REFUND

It may take up to 14 days for return shipments to be received and processed. Buyers will be refunded to the same payment method used when ordering once the return has been processed and approved. It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in the buyer's account. This may vary depending on the card and bank.

Orders paid by invoice at Klarna will be updated when the return is registered.
