Delivery
In Norway we offer shipping with Posten Bring, PorterBuddy, Instabox, Postnord or pick up in one of our stores. All international orders are shipped with DHL Express.
NB! If shipping prices differ from the stated prices at check out specified below, this will be refunded after the order has been placed..
DELIVERY IN NORWAY
Local pickup
We offer local pickup in our stores. After your order is completed, you will receive an email with a pickup notification when the order is ready. Uncollected items will be returned to the warehouse after 3 days. In cases where items must be shipped from an external warehouse can it may incur a slightly longer delivery time.
Instabox (79 kr)
The package is sent to the selected package box and You will receive an SMS with a tracking link and PIN code that you use when pick-up. Expected delivery time is 1-4 business days. The package will remain in the box for three days (weekends are counted as half days). After three days, it will be returned the package for terminal, and within 10 days you can order a new delivery to the same or another smart locker, without any extra cost.
Porterbuddy (99kr)
With home delivery with Porterbuddy, you can quickly get the goods you have ordered all the way home. In In many cases, you can have your package delivered the same or next day*. You simply choose the delivery date and time so that you receive the goods when it suits you. You will receive an SMS with updates and a link to a tracking page where you can follow the delivery.
* Normally we will be able to offer home delivery the same evening. if you order by 12:00 on weekdays (applies to Oslo, Viken, Østfold, Vestfold and Telemark). This only applies if the item(s) are in our main warehouse.
Postnord - Package for packing box (89 kr)
Parcel to mailbox is a shipping option for small packages to a parcel box. Parcel machines are mainly located outdoors and the package can be picked up 24/7 whenever it suits you. If a parcel machine is not available, or the package cannot fit in the parcel machine, the package will be delivered to the nearest staffed pickup location. The recipient is notified via SMS or email when the package has been delivered to the parcel box or is ready for pickup. We recommend downloading the "mypostnord" app before easier overview of where the package is, as well as how, when and where it is delivered. Packages are stored for 3 days, extended to 7 days free of charge and 14 days for a fee.
Bring - Package in the mailbox (NOK 79)
Buyer can choose the delivery method package in mailbox. The package is then sent as regular mail and the postman delivers the package to the mailbox. The recipient is notified via SMS or email when the package has been delivered to the mailbox. This delivery method is only available for orders up to NOK 1000 then The service does not have tracking. If this shipping option is selected for products that do not meet the shipping requirements specified below, the package will be sent to a pickup location.
Shipping requirements
- Max weight: 5 kg
- Max dimensions: Length max 45 cm. Length + width + thickness = max 90 cm.
Please note that the delivery method package in mailbox is sent with fewer tracking points. If the recipient does not have a suitable mailbox or the postman may be prevented from delivering for other reasons, this delivery method is not recommended due to fewer tracking points. It will also be difficult to find the package if it gets lost. Longer delivery times may also apply for this delivery method.
During transport
Delivery time is 2-3 business days* after order confirmation is received.
* Delivery time to Northern Norway is 1-2 days longer. The recipient will be notified that the package is on its way and can track the package en route.
Delivery and reception
The recipient is notified via SMS or email when the package has been delivered to the mailbox. Note that if the package does not fit in the mailbox, the buyer will receive a new notification from Posten Bring when the package can be picked up at the recipient's nearest pickup location (post office or Post i Butikk).
To ensure that the buyer receives shipments addressed to them, the mailbox must be clearly marked with the name and address and the buyer should be registered with Posten at the relevant address. We therefore recommend that the recipient ensure that the mailbox is clearly marked and check that the correct address and name are registered in Posten's address register.
Bring - Package to pick-up point (99 NOK)
Buyer can choose the delivery method package to pickup location. The package is then sent with tracking to the specified delivery location (post office or Post i Butikk). This is a safe delivery method due to good control with tracking along the way and signature upon delivery. The recipient is notified via SMS or e-mail with a pickup message when the package has arrived at the nearest specified pickup location.
During transport
Delivery time is 1-2 business days to large parts of central Norway after order confirmation has been received. For other parts, 2-4 business days must be calculated depending on the route. The shipment can be tracked en route.
Delivery and reception
The recipient will receive a pickup notification via SMS, email or in the App, and can pick up the package at their local pickup location. If the package is not picked up, the recipient will receive up to 2 reminders. The pickup deadline is 7 days.
Bring - Package delivered to your home (NOK 189)
Buyer can choose the delivery method package delivered to home. The delivery method provides home delivery to all households throughout the country. Next day delivery in large parts of Norway and same day delivery to all major cities. The package is sent with real-time tracking and SMS notification.
During transport
1 day delivery time to large parts of the country. For the rest of Norway, 2-3 days are calculated, depending on the route. The recipient will be notified of the expected delivery date and that the package is on its way via SMS or email. Here, the recipient can change the delivery date en route and request that the package be left at the recipient's own risk if no one is home at the time of delivery.
Delivery and reception
Posten Bring delivers to homes in the evenings between 5pm and 9pm in cities and towns, and between 8am and 5pm in upper areas. For evening deliveries, the recipient will receive information about the estimated delivery time within a one-hour interval. The package can be tracked in real time, and choices can be made along the way. Delivered to the recipient's door against signature. Please note that undeliverable packages will be sent to the recipient's local Post i Butikk.
General guidelines
We adhere to Posten Bring and DHL Express's general guidelines and refer to https://www.bring.no/ and https://www.dhl.com/no-no/home.html for further information. We would like to point out that the buyer is responsible for providing the correct address, email and telephone number when ordering.
Incorrect inventory
If it turns out that the item is not available, we will inform the buyer of this and the money will be refunded to the same payment method.
Package gone astray
In cases where a shipment goes astray, or where there is a missing tracking update, send us an email with information about your order and we will contact the shipping carrier for you.
DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY
All deliveries internationally shipped climate-friendly with DHL Express (GoGreen Plus). This means that by Investing in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) actively reduces the CO2e emissions associated with DHL's TDI air shipments, minimizing the carbon footprint of your Scope 3 emissions.
Customs and VAT
All prices on our website include 25% VAT. (does not apply if you have chosen a location outside Norway). All international shipments are excluded. Norwegian VAT will be deducted from the order at checkout. Please note that there may be import duties or local taxes for international deliveries in accordance with national regulations. Any international customs fees and/or local taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For further information on which customs tariffs apply to your country, we recommend seeking information from local customs authorities.

Shipping costs
For international shipments, the following equivalent prices apply:
- European Union: NOK 300 (approx. EUR 25)
- North America: NOK 400 (approx.(USD 35)
- Oceania: NOK 500 (approx. USD 45)
Delivery time
