Delivery

In Norway we offer  shipping included  Posten Bring, PorterBuddy, Instabox, Postnord or collection in one of our stores. All  international orders are shipped with  DHL Express.

NB! If deviating shipping prices at check out compared to stated prices  specified below, this will be refunded after the order has been completed

DELIVERY IN NORWAY 

Local pickup

We offer local collection in our stores. After the order has been completed, you will receive an email with a collection notification when  the order is ready. Uncollected goods are returned to stock after 3 days. In cases where goods must be sent from an external warehouse  can it  incur somewhat longer delivery time.

Instabox  (79 NOK)

The package is sent to the selected package box and  you will receive an SMS with a tracking link and PIN code that you use  pickup. Expected delivery time is 1-4 working days. The package will remain in the box for three days (weekends are counted as half days). Returned after three days  package to  terminal, and within 10 days you can order a new delivery to the same or another smart cabinet, without it costing anything extra.

Porterbuddy (99kr)

With home delivery with Porterbuddy, you can quickly get the goods you have ordered home. IN  in many cases you can get the package home the same or the next day*. You simply choose the delivery date and time so that you receive the goods when it suits you.  You will receive an SMS  with updates and a link to the tracking page where you can follow the delivery.

*  Normally we will be able to offer home delivery the same evening  if you order before 12:00 on weekdays (applies to Oslo, Viken, Østfold, Vestfold and Telemark). This only applies if the item(s) are in our main warehouse.

Postnord - Package to  packing box (79 NOK) 

Parcel to mailbox is a shipping option for small parcels to a parcel box. The parcel machines are mainly outside and the parcel can be collected around the clock whenever it is convenient. If a parcel machine is not available, or the package does not fit in a parcel machine, the package will be delivered to the nearest manned collection point. The recipient is notified via SMS or e-mail when the parcel has been delivered in the parcel box or is ready for collection. We recommend downloading  the "mypostnord" app  before  easier overview of where the package is, as well as how, when and where it is delivered.  The packages are stored for 3 days, extension to 7 days free of charge and 14 days for a fee.

Bring - Package in the mailbox (NOK 79) 

The buyer can choose the delivery method package in mailbox . The package is then sent as normal letter post and the postman delivers the package to the letterbox. The recipient is notified via SMS or e-mail when the package has been delivered to the mailbox. This delivery method is only available for orders  up to NOK 1,000 then  The service does not have tracking. If this shipping option is selected for products that do not meet the shipping requirements specified below, the package will be sent to the collection point. 

Shipping requirements 

  • Max weight: 5 kg 
  • Maximum dimensions: Maximum length 45 cm. Length + width + thickness = max 90 cm.  

Note that the delivery method package in mailbox sent with fewer tracking points. If the recipient does not have a suitable post box or if the postman could be prevented from delivering for some other reason, this delivery method is not recommended due to fewer tracking points. It will also be difficult to retrieve the package if it should go astray. Longer delivery times may also apply for this delivery method. 

During transport 

Delivery time is 2-3 working days* after order confirmation has been received.  

* Delivery time to Northern Norway is 1-2 days longer. The recipient is notified that the package is on its way, and can track the package en route.  

Delivery and reception 

The recipient is notified via SMS or e-mail when the package has been delivered to the mailbox. Note that if the package does not fit in the letterbox, the buyer will receive a new notification from Posten Bring when the package can be picked up at the recipient's nearest collection point (post office or Post i Butikk).    

To be sure that the buyer receives consignments addressed to him, the postbox must be clearly marked with name and address and the buyer should be registered with Posten at the address in question. We therefore recommend that the recipient makes sure that the postbox is well marked and checks that the correct address and name are registered in Posten's address register.    

Bring - Package to collection point (99 NOK) 

The buyer can choose the delivery method package to pick-up location . The package is then sent with tracking to the specified delivery location (post office or Post i Butikk). This is a safe delivery method due to good control with tracking along the way and signature upon delivery. The recipient is notified via SMS or e-mail with a collection message when the package has arrived at the nearest specified collection point. 

During transport 

Delivery time is 1-2 working days to large parts of central Norway after order confirmation has been received. For other parts, 2-4 working days must be calculated depending on the route. The shipment can be tracked along the way.  

Delivery and reception  

The recipient receives a collection notification by SMS, e-mail or in the App, and can pick up the package at their local collection point. If the parcel is not collected, the recipient will receive up to 2 reminders. Collection deadline is 7 days.  

Bring - Package delivered to your home (NOK 189) 

The buyer can choose the delivery method package delivered to home . The delivery method provides home delivery to all households throughout the country. Next day delivery in large parts of Norway and same day delivery to all the largest cities. The package is sent with real-time tracking and SMS notification.  

During transport  

1 day delivery time to large parts of the country. For the rest of Norway, 2-3 days are calculated, depending on the route. The recipient is notified of the expected delivery date and that the package is on its way by SMS or e-mail. Here, the recipient can change the delivery day along the way and request that the package be left at the recipient's own risk if no one is at home at the time of delivery.  

Delivery and reception 

Posten Bring delivers home in the evenings 17-21 in cities and towns, and between 08-17 to higher places. For delivery in the evening, the recipient will receive information about the estimated delivery time within a one-hour interval. The package can be followed in real time, and you can make choices along the way. Delivered at the recipient's door against signature.  Note that packages that cannot be delivered are sent to the recipient's local Post i Butikk.  

General guidelines 

We adhere to the general guidelines of Posten Bring and DHL Express and refer tohttps://www.bring.no/ and https://www.dhl.com/no-no/home.html for further information. We point out that the buyer himself is responsible for providing the correct address, e-mail and telephone number when ordering.  

Incorrect inventory 

If it turns out that the item is not available, we will inform the buyer of this and will have the money refunded to the same payment method.  

Package on the way 

In cases where a shipment should go astray, or where there is a missing tracking update, send us an e-mail with information about your order and we will contact the forwarder for you.  

DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL

All deliveries  sent internationally climate-friendly with DHL Express (GoGreen Plus). This implies that by investing in Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) actively reduces the CO2e emissions associated with DHL's TDI air shipments, minimizing the carbon footprint of your Scope 3 emissions.  

Customs and VAT 

All prices on our website include 25% VAT  (does not apply if you have chosen a location outside Norway). All international shipments are omitted  Norwegian VAT and will be deducted from the order at checkout. Please note that there may be an additional charge  import duties or local taxes for deliveries internationally in accordance with national regulations. Any international customs fees and/or local taxes that may be incurred are the customer's responsibility. For further information on which customs tariffs apply to your country, we recommend seeking information from local customs authorities. 

Which countries do we ship to? 

  • Europe - with the exception of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine 
  • North America – USA, Canada and Mexico 
  • Oceania – Australia and New Zealand 

However, if you would like an item sent to a country not listed above, please get in touchkundeservice@meandmycousin.no then we will try to create a shipment for you. 

Shipping costs 

For international shipments, the following prices apply equivalently: 

  • EU: NOK 300 (c. EUR 25) 
  • North America: NOK 400 (c.USD 35) 
  • Oceania: NOK 500 (c. USD 45) 

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 1-2 days in Europe, and 2-3 days in North America and Oceania. As soon as the order is complete, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment on DHL's website:https://www.dhl.com/no-en/home.html
