Right of withdrawal, return and complaint

The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after the item(s) are received in accordance with the applicable law on the right of withdrawal. We accept returns of goods that are unused and in original packaging, within the 14-day withdrawal period. For orders placed as local pickup in one of our stores, the buyer has a pickup deadline of 7 days from receipt of the pick-up notice. After the pick-up deadline has expired, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse. After the order has been picked up, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please note that any returned item must be in the same condition as when the buyer received it. Items returned cannot be used, washed or deviate from their original condition. original condition. All items will be individually evaluated upon receipt. For items marked with a special tag, this is considered part of the item's original condition. If the tag has been removed, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return. Orders that are returned outside the right of withdrawal or in unsuitable condition will not be considered valid and will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Tailoring
  • Goods adjusted by tailor
  • Sealed goods where the seal is broken
  • Underwear/swimwear
  • Earrings

For uncollected packages in Norway, a fee of NOK 350 will be charged.

Return

Online return
If you wish to return an item purchased in Norway, register the return here and fill in the necessary information. When you have finished registering the return, you will receive an email with a QR code that you can print out on the post by scanning the QR code.

Please also note that the shipping cost is an additional cost that is not refundable upon return. For orders sent using more than one return label, NOK 99 will be deducted from the refund amount per return shipment. 

Return to store
Remember to bring your order confirmation and ID. You will not be charged NOK 99 in return shipping when returning to the store.

You can also return in all our stores. Remember to bring the cancellation form/order confirmation with you. The return label is NOT prepaid and NOK 99,- will be deducted from the refund amount.

It is the customer's responsibility and risk that the item is returned to us.

Prey

The above guidelines also apply to exchanges of one or more items. If you wish to exchange an item, please do so in our return portal. 

We offer free exchanges of sizes or products. 
When switching to another product, it is only possible to choose products at the same price.
We will remove the return shipping of 99 kr and also refund the shipping cost on your new order.

In other words, you don't pay anything extra to get the item you want. 

Complaints

If you discover errors or deficiencies in one or more items, you must contact us within a reasonable time of discovery for any complaints.

Log in to the return portal our and register your inquiry under "complaint". Provide a thorough description of the error or defect and attach a minimum of 3 photos as documentation.

Refund

It may take up to 14 days for return shipments to be received and processed. Buyer will be refunded to the same payment method used when ordering once the return has been processed and approved. It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in the buyer's account.This may vary depending on the payment method and payment provider.

You are responsible for returns.

It is the customer's responsibility to the item reaches us. When returning, our current guidelines for payment of return postage apply at all times. By complaint, or if we have sent the wrong item, we will pay for return postage. Items returned without using our return label and/or using other shipping companies will be at the sender's own risk and expense as we do not have tracking on the package. Should the item be damaged or lost as a result of the above, the item will not be refunded.

All attempted fraud will be tracked and reported to the police.
