How do I return?

Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel your order if it has not been processed. If you have received confirmation of shipment, we cannot cancel it as it has already been processed. If you have not received confirmation and wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by email: kundeservice@meandmycousin.no
I have signed up for the newsletter but have not received a code. What do I do?
By signing up for our newsletter you will receive a code via email that gives you 10% off your first order (only applies to regular items). This only applies to new registered members - if you are already a registered member you will not receive a code. Please note that it may take a few minutes before you receive the email with the code. The code cannot be added after the order.
